Text of Complaint by Pratap Kumar:

Iam facing issues with RBL bank for paying membership charges for a card which was deactivated last year . There’s no due pending from my side as all payments were settled. But now again in dec 2022 they have sent me a bill asking to pay membership charges for a deactivated card Which was not used for more than a year. I called there customer care in jan and informed them that I will not pay any amount for a unused deactivated card for more than a year. But they keep sending me the bills every month with adding late charges and interest charges and now asking me to pay around 8000 plus rupees. There is no resolution even when I contacted there nodal officer. Please help me to resolve it soon. As this was mentally disturbing me.
