My name is Deepak Barua and I am a credit card holder with RBL. I default on my payment due to loss of my job and asked RBL’s guy Vinod to help me settle this account as I do not have any money coming in and no jobs in the market due to Covid19. Vinod, told me that he can get this settle but it will take some time. But everyday I receive a call from Kabir and his team which is collection agency and they threaten me that we have details of your phonebook and we call them and tell them that you default on your payments. I told them this account is already with Vinod who represents RBL and trying to settle down my account. But they say that we don’t care about that, we just need payments. I told them that this is harassment and I will complaint about this to RBI and court and they said, you do whatever you want, we don’t care and all we need is just payment. Sir, I would request to please look into this as this is really frustrating and I am mentally harrased.
