Dear Sir,
This is sethuraman.
My card No- 5369-0773-6656-3734
One month back I have raised the request for my card deactivation. After That I have received the Deactivation message also.
But regularly I am received the few messages and statements from your side. .
It has showing still my card in active conditions.
I don’t want their service. I am not happy with their service.
I felt very poor services.
immediately they deactivate my card and send message for my further record purpose..
Note: Even Still in my card having around 5000 reward points. But , I am unable to redeemed. If possible please arrange the refund for this.
