I did not pay the due for one month and the month has not even ended, I an getting multiple calls from the RBL bank with different numbers and recently started whatsapp messages demanding for payment. I explained to a couple of employees of RBL bank that I will pay the bill till the end of day due to my personal and financial issues. Still I get numerous calls, sms, payment link notifications over email SMS and whatsapp messages, whatsapp aggressive messages for payment or payment successful screenshots.
I am being harassed by them and I am already in pressure with my personal and marital issue and financial issues, on top of it these people call me and I need to explain the same to all the employees or RBL.
Please do something on this and if this goes on for the entire month I am gonna go crazy, i will definitely stop the entire payment.
