Rbl bank has been aggressively promoting the new credit card – PLAY. I was interested in the same, hence opted for it. Bank completed the KYC, approved the card, sent me a congratulations email with a kit to activate the card and delivered the card to my address. On the date of delivery, i got an email by the bank stating that my card has been suspended permanently by the risk vertical and they wont disclose the reason for the same. If this is such a secretive process, then they should reject the application in the first go, why go through this process and create such irritation to customer. I wasted almost 3 weeks in waiting for the card and now following up with the bank for getting a reason for rejection. But no concrete answer, just stating internal policies
