Dear Sir,
My name is Amal K Saji. I am a credit card holder with RBL. I default on my payment due to loss of my business due to COVID-19I do not have any money coming in and no jobs in the market due to Covid19. I had a call from this number 09791022417 as he introduced he is a lawyer from RBL bank and he told me, paying the credit card bill otherwise report to the court. I am not received any legal notice. He harassed me using bad words and another guy is calling to my father from this number “09962728913” as he introduced he is Sub Inspector from Trivandrum Police station. He is also harassed to my father. I already contacted the RBL bank customer care and informed the same. I already sent a mail to RBL bank for the settlement of my credit card. He is harassed to me and my family members using bad words. Sir, I would request to please look into this as this is really frustrating and I am mentally harassed.
