I hold RBL credit card and with the reference to your letter received Its seems you have still not understood concern inspite of several follow up and email sent.
Why you have provied me manuplated merchant bill which I have for clarification which totally differ from original bill has been explained several times on call ?

Why you are providing fake and manipulated information without proper investigation and now you claim its as per rbi guidelines !!!
You did mentioned that merchant bill shared has been provided by merchant but when i inquired with merchant no provided were provided by merchant then who provide you fake details
I never denyed that credit card was not present for transaction but Its quite suprising that if transaction is timed out on POS teriminal and no charge slip was produced how this can be a successful transaction ?
Everytime after transaction transaction sms is received on registered mobile no.but for said transaction no alert received thus as a customer I treated as a unsuccessful transaction.
Can you please clarify.
I did ask you to provide details when amount got credited to merchant account ?
Can’t you verify from merchant as contact details are already available with you.
