On 7 Dec 2021 I got settlement letter in which my last date is 20 feb 2022 & Amount is 35000.Before i got settlement letter i clear with Collection Team that i Clear 35000 till march 2022 and now i paid all Amount before 28 march 2022 but now bank say that we cant give zero balance letter Please resolve my issue because now i really depress with RBL bank Team Behavior my loan account number is 7477770000999315 i have all communication with Collection team on my whatsapp.
