Dear Sir/Madam, This is to inform you that I am holding a credit card with your bank with card number 5243-7363-1146-3538. I have not been able to make the regular payment for this account for the last few months due to acute and unavoidable financial issues. I strongly hope that I will be able to get back on track in the coming One to two months. Your collection person (8860434991,9355217491) is calling to my friends, relatives contact’s number instead of my personal contact number using vulgar and abusive language. They are not demanding the money. They only makes the call on his personal contact number and using vulgar language.(i.e Suresh ko bol RBL ka paisa chupchap de dega, Ni to tum sb ki jindagi kharab kr dungi,or 6-7 loan chal rahe hai uske sabhi loans me wo chor hai etc.). After that i got his number from my relatives, and i called him(Jab meine unko call kiya tb inhone muje apna personal account number diya or bole isme 25000 daal do tb m kisi ko call ni karungi, ni to tujhe tere ghar se uthwa lunga meine bahut customer ko uthwaya h), Kindly let me know how did you get the contact details of my relatives, and friends who are in no way linked with my card account. How can he disclose my liability with my friends, neighbors and relatives?I just want to confirm who one authorized to collection for disclose my liability with my friends and relatives. If you are using the social networking for tracing so I told that, your representative doing illegal activities and I will going in consumer court for help. THIS NONSENSE AND ILLEGAL ACTIVITY BY YOUR EXECUTIVES OR RATHER YOUR “HIRED GOONS” IS ACTUALLY DEVASTATING MY PROFESSIONAL AND PERSONAL WELL BEING AND THE LEVEL OF HARASSMENT IS SUCH INTENSE THAT I AM CONTEMPLATING SUICIDE AS I AM NOT ABLE TO COPE WITH THE INSULT AND SOCIAL ABUSE. My request to you is as per following A> Identify the agency that you have hired to approach me for collection I want to know the details of these people and for your assistance I may update you that this is my legal right. B> Restrain your goons from harassing me, my relatives and also my extended family and my colleagues and their family WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT. I WANT TO CONCLUDE MY MAIL BY SAYING THAT YOU ARE FREE TO APPROACH ME FOR COLLECTIONS OF YOUR DUE AMOUNT, YOU ARE FREE TO TAKE LEGAL ACTION AGAINST ME IF I DEFAULT ON YOUR PAYMENTS BUT DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT INTIMIDATE ME OR MY KNOWN ONES ANY FURTHER AS THIS WILL LEAD TO PERSONAL ENMITY BETWEEN ME AND YOUR GOONS AND I WILL NOT LEAVE ANY STONE UPTURNED TO GET THE GUILTY BOOKED AS PER INDIAN PENAL CODE AND AS PER THE MODEL CODE OF CONDUCT FOR COLLECTIONS AND RECOVERY AS MANDATED BY RBI. I WANT YOU TO ACT AND ACT NOW!!! STOP THE HOOLIGANS ELSE I WILL HAVE TO APPROACH THE AUTHORITIES AND HOLD THE MANAGING DIRECTOR OF CAPITAL FIRST PERSONALLY RESPONSIBLE IF ANY UNTOWARD INCIDENT HAPPENS IN MY FAMILY.
