I have a Rbl bank credit card which annual fees is Rs. 2360, which is so high. So i decided to close this card before next renewal which is in apr-21 and contact to the customer care of Rbl Bank. They told me that you will receive a confirmation call and after that your card will be close. But still after 5-7 days i did not receive any call by the bank. So i again mail them to close the card. Again they are fooling that you will receive a call for confirmation but still not received any call. And they are not closing my card. So i request your team to kindly look in this matter and resolve my problem before next renewal.
