Text of Complaint by Anoop Kumar:

I am using an RBL Bank Credit Card ending 3307 for 1 year. For last 2 days I was getting calls from RBL frequently and asking me to pay the due for month May which I already paid on June 9 which is the last date for payment.

I checked the mobile application of rbl where my payment is reflected and no amount was pending from my side.

However I am still receiving around 10-15 calls daily from RBL for repayment.

When I checked the twitter handle, I see many people are complaining about the same. I have raised a complaint in twitter but there was no response.

I want to complaint against RBL Bank for harassment and spamming me.
