I m using RBL card from last 6 months I have paid the amount but in last 3 months they are just charging interest and sended wrong statement and converted the amount into emi 16k my salary is just 20k I have asked bank people to help but they are coming to my place and harassing me and my neighbour and they have sended the lady collection officer she was just trying to attempt on my husband so that she can file accuse him wrongly . I request you to please help me
