I have availed loan from Money Tap app without knowing they process the loan through this bullshit RBL bank. When I received the first month emi there was some discrepancy in the interest rates between both moneytap and RBL apps. The money. Tap offered me rate of interest of 15.5 where as in RBL bank app it showed 24.2%. I called moneytap people and they asked me to contact RBL bank. When I called them, they never connected my call to a customer support executive stating the staff volume was less due to Covid crisis. Finally, I got a chance to speak with one of their executives who assured that they will convert the interest rate to which they offered me initially. (I have reference number and call recordings). But even after 2 weeks they never changed the rate of interest. 1 week before the emi due date, They continuosly called me more than 15 to 20 times a days to payback the loan emi. I patiently explained the issue to every single executive but they never did what needs to be done. They are calling many times asking to payback emi no matter it is day or night. I can’t do any of my work or use my phone because of their frequent fucking calls.. it is not even the due date yet and these buggers makes my lives worse. They haven’t changed the emi yet. I approached the bank as well and they told me to contact RBL customer care. RBL customer care asking me to approach bank. I really do not know what to do with these assholes. Please do not opt in for RBL cards or loans.
