Hi Sir/Madem ,
My name is Gunasekhar.P I taken loan #7477800003200757 in RBL BANK (Ratnakar Bank Limited) on August 2021 from Call.When they called me that time promised me loan amount 218000 no processing fee no GST & rate of interest per annum 14.5%. And I received 1 st statement on September 16 2021 in that statement they changed processing fee and GST also and interest charged 25%. I called customer care gave so many complaints.
Sep 21 I given compliant till now I didn’t get any proper response for that.what ever they promised me everything is fake .

I called customer care N number of times no response simply they will say we are working on it.from last 2 months same answer am getting. They are threatening me and for interest you have to what ever is showing in RBL application .
Because of RBL BANK mentally I am Disturbed and wasted my time also. From two months I am facing this issue till now no response.
2 EMI S ALSO they collected from me extra charges also. More than 60 days over.
Please take action on RBL BANK bank please do justice for me.
