Dear Sir/Mam

Greetings of the day

 

I have RBL Bank Credit card and I’m using the card from Feb 2020, since the time services provided by the credit card are fine but, in the month of Feb 2021 RBL Bank booked a service against my credit card name Split n Pay of Amount 61, 000/-. I  lodged complaint against this transaction on 28 -February-2021 and the RBL Customer support executive asked me to wait for 7 days for refund and cancellation of the forced charges and service. But till the date 31 March 2021 the Bank didn’t resolved my query and not refunded the amount nor cancel any service. Today I called RBL Bank customer support and they informed me that the complaint was closed.
