hi my name is mansi & i am receiving third party harassments calls asking to release minimum payment before due date. this is really not acceptable also they are torturing by saying that we will be sending person to your residence today if payment is not received today. numbers are 991932045 & 9205143584 . i have sent n number of mails too on rbl bank email id’s but there is not a single positive reply for the same. also my outstanding has increased due to interest charges charged by bank , i have not used my card for more than 6 months then how the hell this outstanding has increased . these payments i wont be paying as government has already said that there wont be any interest charges levied during this lockdown period & still RBL bank has charged the same to us/
