This is with regards to one rbl bank credit card which they have issued me in 2020…Since I am using all other card I didn’t used this card for one year and suddenly they raised me annual charges which I have paid and then asked them to close this credit card since I didn’t use it…inspite of mailing them 10 times I didn’t get a single positive response from there side….but still I didn’t stopped and kept mailing them about my issue and finally I got mails from there side that I m not supposed to pay the charges they have applied for and they have reversed all charges…to my knowledge since they have reversed it there r no charges against me….inspite of this in 2023 today when I m looking for an education loan for my daughters studies I was told ki ur cibil score is being affected bcoz of this rbl bank charges..ridicules since I use all other cards and pay in time then why I m not paying rbl charges bcoz I don’t use that card…and they have spoiled my cibil score ….it’s been 20 years that I musing cards and taking loans from bank and not even once the EMI have bounced from my account I keep my records clean very particular about the dates of EMI….
