Sir,
I am Ritu malhotra hold rbl credit card past few years. Due to some bad medical condition for few payments delayed against this credit card but RBL Bank not ready to understand my situation.
This complaint against RBL BANK CREDIT CARD COLLECTION EXECUTIVE Mr. Rajesh Tyagi ( Mobile No. 8076410903) called me below number and abused me and using very bad words . As female i felt such shamed how anyone person talked like this. When i wrote to bank than still they are silent . I lodged police complaint nearest police station. So all customer boards share this information because it must at least RBL bank customer knows about this bank how bad .
I will definitely never leave this bank without getting satisfaction result because this bank hit dignity of mothers /sisters and anyone daughters.
