Dear sir
My name is Naveen Mohan . I was a Bajaj finserve customer. During 2020 August someone called me from bajaj and asked whether I need a Bajaj finserve card. I said you can send me. After few days A courier people called me saying I have a courier from Bajaj. I asked the to leave it in the security gate. Once I picked came to know that it was a packet from some bank named rbl. I opened the packet Nd it was mentioned Rbl Bajaj card. From the next day I started getting calls asking to pay money. Actually I never understood why they are asking me to pay 7000 rs when I never asked for a credit card. I started calling their customer care services and Noone answers. I send atleast 10 mails no replies except automatic answers. Now from a collection agency a person named Harikrishnan is calling me and threatening me everyday. He is torchering me everyday and keeping on calling me bloody liar. How can you solve this issue pls. U may refer their call recordings for details. Help me please.
