I had a RBL credit card with 10k limit and in the COVID I lost my job and the bank imposed interest on it as I couldn’t pay the outstanding but I request the agent in 2020 that I don’t have job and no income source pls stop imposing interest. I have spent less than 10k but now the o/s is about 18k. When I got a call from RBL agent I asked them to make the settlement but they are just abusing me and also calling my M.D, I don’t know how they got his number. This is the hight and very shameful for RBL to do this cheapest thing to recover. Pls record the agents call then you will understand what they speak.

I am asking to settle my account with min value and they are not ready for it. +918657014087 /+919167024661 this is one of the recovery agent number.
