Without completing the account activation , they accepted the money and they are not settling the money to our account. Money is blocked in the razorpay and no proper response from the customer service

they are accepted my money without kyc ,nd there are saying that they will refund it after kyc ,kyc is too hard to complete for normal persons ,especially for self employed ,they wontreturning my money from 2months and no proper customer care mem to solve problem
