Yesterday I suddenly got a message that 1136.26rs has been debited from my account while inquiring I found out that it was an auto debit from the side of ctrazorpay
I have no loan from this company
Bank said it is due to auto debit bounce
If it is so then why does the same company charge fine on 2 different places
They charged 500 as late fee and 1130 as this, it is not fair and refund from razor pay must be provided
