I booked the flight from Travolook on 13th of November from Lal Bahadur Shastri Airport(VNS) Varanasi to Chennai Airport(MAA) with reference ID -REF720394375. The money ₹12892.0 got debited but the flight ticket got cancelled immediately from the website end. And since then I have been writing several mails to their customer care ID and I have spoken to almost 4-5 customer care representatives requesting for my refund. Every time, I receive the standard response that amount would be refunded in 7-10 days but it has been 4 months now and more than 95 days, still there is no action on my refund. It feels so helpless, cheated and irritating.
