Myself Parmpal Singh owner of JS Royal chicken corner located in jalandhar punjab and restaurant I’d is19269691. I have one concern regarding delivery rating. As per my calculations rating is 4.52 but its showing 3.8 in zomato app.
After lots of mails still my restaurant id 19269691 rating is showing 3.8 but continue customers give us 5 stars.
Before may 2021 my rating is 4.4 and after may i have taken 5 star rating from 21 customers and 3 customers rate us 4 star and 1 star given by max by 3 customers.
5*21 = 105
4*3 = 12
3*1 = 3
2*1 = 2
1*1 = 1
total customer given rating us 27 and rating total is 127
123 / 27 == 4.5
