Hi Sir,
We booked the ticket in PVR Nexus Mall Koramangla. We booked for Audi-2 (Mission Impossible 4DX) by paying 2300 Rupees for 4 tickets. While watching movie, there are 2 rats always movinng here and there and came on us. My kid got terribly affected as it was running on his hands and shoulder.
We got severly stressed and would like to file complain on the same.
