Firstly, don’t trust 5 star ratings. They all are added under influence of the staff at RAS Media.
Before scheduling a meeting with their senior, they’ll ask you to submit a Google review in front of them and obviously if you do it in front of them, you’ll give 4 star or 5 stars.
Secondly, do not ever think you’ll get paid shoots without investing a hefty amount to them. They’ll offer you a package worth 25k or more with NO guarantee of paid shoots. You’ll still get ONLY free shoots and you’ll have to renew your contract with them each year by paying amounts further.
Thirdly, it’s just a pure money making business model, both from the brand as well as the customer. Yes, you’re a customer to them, not a model. They’ll pay their employees from what they earn from you and the brand, and not the models who give their time, efforts, pictures and their own money.
