Related payment mode and women safety concern
Firstly it was super rainy when I booked an auto from rapido for 150 rupees where I selected Rapido wallet as payment mode and ride was started in middle he asked about payment mode we said Rapido wallet he demanded for cash as we didn’t Carry any cash and I have only option is to use Rapido wallet then he refused to drop at drop location and he literally throwed out of auto middle of the road in the rainy condition and in return I got charged 54 rupees how this is fair? I tried contacting Rapido chat support immediately but no response what I’m supposed to do? Is rapido really safe you this we having safe ride how Rapido is safe when he dropped middle of the road from auto how this is safe for a girl how Rapido is safe?
