4 days ago am need to send a parcel to my friend so i book rapido parcel rider pickup my package but not delivered at all. Rider switch off there phone . Am made a compliment to rapido, they’re saying we use 3rd party service so we can’t help. So we say give us the vehicle no so we lunch a police complaint but they denied.
