For one of my ride,driver charge 500 instead of 351 which was showing on rapido app.Due to new in city and for my safety I paid 500 and contact to their customer care via chat.they provided 179 as wallet.now while trying to utilizes ,I can’t use nor transfer to other wallets such as payment or other. Either provide 179 to my account or allow to tranfer to Paytm wallet.
