had 2 accident in past 1 month. Rapido has hired very bad & unprofessional drivers who doesn’t even know how to drive. From the first accident I still have in pain in my knees & in second incident my palm got bruises & my phone screen got broken & after registering the incident they told me that phone is my personal belonging & I should take care of that like I know that I was going to fell due to their drivers fault. They are not concern about my health or the loss I have. Worst app to use
