It happened twice with me on first ride whn I book a rapido and called him go know about the location.. Then he asked me what is the amount of the ride after knowing that he told me to cancel the ride.
And I told him ” Why don’t he canceled? ” then he made an excuse. And I missed my train same today the when I booked a bike he came and asked me about the money and simply denied and told me ” pls cancel it I don’t have fuel on my bike and the amount is not good ” book another one when I told him I don’t have any other option I’ll miss my train then he replied ” What should I do?” is it the process to talk with customers?
