As I’m rapido driver of food delivery I have picked up an order and as I was on the way to deliver my order by mid way I got an popup msg in rapido app saying that coustomer has cancelled the order
As soon as I got msg i called rapido coustomer Care number and said this has happened and rapido coustomer Care person said to return the order to resturant as soon as I returned order rapido charged penalty of 2000 rupees without my fault
