Rapido has been charging hefty amount of commission from the Rapido captain. As , in the rate card they say that they charge 15% for platform charges . But , today (28-03-2021) they charged more than 50% of commission which is more than triple of what they promised to be charging. They deducted Rs.27.3 as commission against the total amount of Rs.51.0. whereas i was paid only Rs.23.7. This has been happening from many days. This made me mentally anguished and i request officials to take necessary action against the company . And I also demand compensation for causing me mental agony from Rapido bike taxi.
