Text of Complaint by Varun kumar:

Captain made me wait for 15 minutes, he came to my location and asked how much amount it’s showing on app, i told me it’s 25 rupeess ,then he hung my phone and kept moving in different directions. After that rapido customer service team promised me that he will be debarred but no action has been taken till now. It’s pathetic to say the I’m attaching screenshot of customer support team who promised me that action will be taken against him but he was saved.
