Worst service… they are fraud … they fraud to me like book 2 rides and get 2 freed rides and when i booked my 3 ride they charged very high price for 3rd ride and forced to pay… totally big scam… Be safe they are not provide single free ride… and whenever i called to customer care these guys are also talk very rudely and did not refund my money.

Repido bike company furd capiton repido upset
Rapido is fraud, they have published in the newspaper that there is no profit involved and customer will share the price for fuel. True fact is they are deducting 10 to 15 rupees without any hassle. While Customer incur hefty charges for an affordable ride and Captains who offered ride have pay as well as platform charges to Rapido.
