Last night 24-Feb-21 I have booked a bike ride from Rapido from my office it was 9:30 PM . The Rider called me and asked me my drop location. i told him he said he wont be able to accept the ride and asked me to Cancel the same. I asked him the reason why he is refusing the booking. He said he wont go and started arguing with me and abusing me in very poor manner . I believe he was drunk . He was also threatening me to meet him at the night. , I am really worried is this the service how we receive as a consumer. I want the Company RAPIDO should take a strict action against the Rider named as Sushil Yadav..
Ride ID – RD16141819137963869 and the rider should ask apology from me. what i thin its totally not safe at night to book a ride from Rapido because the rider is unprofessional and drunk at night.
