i have booked a rapido auto ride and at the time of pickup auto driver refused to take online payment and asked for offline payment as personal ride with same amount and asked to me to cancel the ride, i did not cancelled ride then he transferred ride to other auto and i got 5-7 calls randomly from different-different drivers for ride from rapido within 10 min and this thing happened with me continuous 5 rides from rapido. if no driver is ready to take ride from rapido then why rapido stop the services ?
