I had booked an auto on rapido and in the app a pass was applied which showed 22rs instead of regular charge 40rs. The auto driver asked for extra and I tried explaining him that there is a auto pass which I have purchased and hence it should be 22rs, he didn’t listen and I gave him 40rs as I was getting late for work. But then he started abusing me with bad words and threated my life that it is his area that I am working in and that he will harm me if he sees me again. This is a safety issue and I want strict action taken against this driver. His name and contact details are Manjunatha H – 6360820696. His auto registration number – KA03AH1680
