I was on ride and your rapido driver met with an accident with car. In that accident my left hand and knee got injured. your driver ran away from location . It was surprised rapido didn’t help me that time when I contacted they didn’t solve the issue . I had conversation on call also. but after that they sent fake msg “Unable to contact”. Now I am Dis- satisfied and go to consumer court and social media to share my concern.
