I ordered a bedsheet from flipkart which was showing king size bedsheet with pillow covers however the product which I received is a single size bedsheet without pillow covers which is not upto mark and really disappointed. It was delivered to the different address when I placed an order even if I have not selected that address but still it was showing address of Amritsar,Punjab which is my previous address at that time also I called the customer support multiple times and request them to change the address and she assured that it will be changed but still the products got delivered to that previous address only. I ordered around 5-6 products and when all were delivered then I made them courier from Amritsar, Punjab to Bengaluru, Karnataka which took some time as per the distance. I opened today and saw all this rubbish. I called the customer care and they denied to help by saying that return policy is over. I dont know what to do now, as I regularly had made the contact with customer support and they were unable to help me at that time also. I wanted to change my product and receive the exact product which is there at the application or else I need my refund back.
