I am a customer from cherai in Ernakulam dist. My house located 900 meters away from cherai junction. For making phone calls and using net we have to go outside. Inside the house we are not getting signals, outside it is taking too much time for downloading the things, especially at the time of evening online class. We have three airtel connection in my house. Most of our neighbours also have the same airtel connection. If we are facing the same problem, we are forced to port our connection to faster network network. So make arrangement to get faster access of network ( for the range problem).
