I am regular loan customer of RAM fincorp, and I have taken loans from this in emergency and paid all loans at time. But this month some personal financial problems I’m unable to pay this loan on time. Now I have asked and request for some time and partially payment plan to pay that loan, but they are not supporting to me, they are misusing my personal KYC data Video and contacting to my spouse and send videos another numbers on whatsapp and harrassing me and my wife. They are sending personal images and videos to relatives and family members. I’m lodging this complain to get fruitful result from Indian law.
Please note that they have charged processing fees 7500, and and other charges 2500 and credited in account 22000 and asking to pay 35000 for 28 days. They said our annual interest rate is 490% annual which is approved by RBI and you have signed sanction letter for this. Now they are messaging recovery team visit to your home and office address and damage your image in personal area like office and neighbourhood. HOW THEY CAN DO IT WITHOUT UNDERSTANDING MY PROBLEMS.
