Hello Sir,
I am Sayan Bhattacharjee. I have taken a loan from Ram Fincorp. I was having medical emergency, so I could not pay the amount within the due date.
However I have made part payments and made a total payment of 14000 INR against a principal loan amount of 11644 INR.
The collection agent promised me in sms that after making this payment I will get a settlement within 24 hours, still I haven’t received it, and when I emailed them they are again asking for 3000INR.
Today, they have sent me a sms, confirming that someone will be visiting my address tomorrow unless I make a part payment.
My question is even after making a payment of more than principal amount why they are not giving me a settlement letter or closing my loan and threatning me with collection process.
