I booked my dtdc consignment Z78857340 (rakhi) booked on 8th August which was supposed to be delivered by 10th August. Till today even after so many complaints it’s undelivered and CC either disconnects call once they hear my consignment number and closing the ticket. Even after being on waiting for 15-20 mins. I am now unable to reach customer care. This is highly unprofessional and irritating.
