Text of Complaint by Aparna Gupta:

I have ordered a kurti from rajsimran.com by cod method as they don’t have any other options and after 3 days I received my parcel. When I asked to delivery boy to show my product what I ordered than he said,ma’am we don’t have right to show you,if you want,you have to pay the cod amount or else we will reverse the packet. The parcel was deliverd by blue dart company so I thought it would not b fake ,so I paid the money and collected the parcel.After opening the parcel i totally got in shocked when I saw a old blue saree was inside the parcel. I immediately request for Refund and received the msg that you will get your refund soon.. But till today I did not get my amount back. I requested for refund on 1st Feb 2020 but they always reply that they will do the reverse pick up and will refund the amount.. I want my money back i.e.  600/- rupees.Please help.
