I have ordered an item(Ethnic Kurta Set) on Flipkart(Order ID: OD124780905539003000) of amount Rs 684/- on 26th April, 2022. However I was not satisfied with the product and raised a return request.
The Flipkart team scheduled the pick up on 6th May, but nobody has picked up.
Since then there has been a postponement in picking up the product upon the request.
I’ve tried calling the customer care support of Flipkart team, they have been rude & rough, cut the calls in between in handling the query. Inspite of multiple calls made by me, nobody has helped me out. Though the issue tickets were raised, they have marked it as resolved without my notice and resolving it.
This is torturing the customer and not providing the inputs and support.
I want the product to be returned and get the refund back
