Sir, Kindly note the our order ID OD124971191220689000 DT.18-05-2022, Inv No.FAIIWJ2300001089 dt.26-05-2022 item received on 22-05-2022 (Non-Functional) and it is return claim on 23-05-2022 by me.
In this regard, various request on your customer care service by me for above said order, I mentioned two complaint id given by your customer care i.e. IN2206313175967513630 dt.03-06-2022 at 1:18 PM and IN 22061010542307265604 at 11:10AM dt.10-06-2022. They will ensure that issue resolve by 16th June-2022, but they don’t resolve till now.
After passing one month I have no option except Consumer Court for heavy penalty/compensation of my hampered work since 18-05-2022 with delivered non-functional item by your company and nothing action by your team till now and they also not connecting call now.
Sir, I extremely requested you please resolve my serious issue immediately i.e. Return/Replacement/Refund and your goodwill also.
