i deposited 4101rs on quotex and even after waiting for 48hrs i didnt got my money in my live acc. and the transaction was returned failed even after the transaction was done by my side and now they are not even responding me from their support . i have all the necessary screenshots . plz take a action aganist them or i will soon drag them in court .

Same this happened with me ₹8210 debited and after 2 days transaction is failed, but haven’t got my money back.
Same situation my side I have done 50k deposited transaction failed.
Support team told me transaction not successful but bank told me amount has been deposited.
Can you suggest me what can I do on this case.

i deposited through visa card and amount is debited from my bank account but not shown on quotex account
first the transaction was processing and now it failed but this happened 2day
