I have an account with quotex but I’m not able to log into it. I verified my profile still not able to login into it. I have money in my account and also, I placed withdrawal request. and They replied that
“Your account has been closed due to the violation of clauses 2.5.1. Of the Rules of trading operations and clauses 7.12.10 and 12.7 of the Service Agreement (Use of automated trading systems and transfer of access to third parties)
In this regard, cooperation with you was terminated, re-registration is prohibited.”
I used 5-15 seconds time frame mostly and that are legal on quotex platform. Still, they falsely claiming that I break their rules. But if you look on to the trading history. I made my account to 0 from 23k then I deposited 27.3k and made to Approx 55k and When I place withdrawl request they closed my account.
