Hello Team,
I have bought a broadband connection on Friday i.e. 26th June. Registered Number is 9880123734(with broadband) 053246088102_dsl.
As per airtel website those who pay bill for 6/12 month in advance need not to pay activation charges.
I have already paid bill for 6 month in advance.
I have visited your airtel mini store they have told that I have to pay 750 for installation.
The guy who came to install it he is asking for 1000rs and also once I ask for bill for the installation he totally refused it and no one from airtel here is helping me in getting bill for the same.
I have already paid 1000 Rs for Installation, but didn’t received any bill.
Today I have visited almost all offices of Airtel in Allahabad/Prayagraj to get the bill of that but no one helped not even behaved good.
I want you to first teach your employees how to behave with your customers.
I got some contact of Rajeev Ranjan to get the bills but he is also not helping me.
Please loo into this matter and provide me the bill of installation Asap. As I needed it for my Company.
This not professional behaviour that your employees are not helping me to get the bills for which I have already paid the money.
I want you to address this Asap.
I have also contacted nodal officer of Airtel UP but he also didn’t helped me. Please find below the mails which I have sent.
I have also tried all possible contact for airtel which is mentioned on this site but no one helped me.
